I had a banquet a couple of years ago at Banchettis (I think that is how it is spelled) it is in Amherst and it is operated by the same people that own Rizzos on Eggert-great food, beautiful facility.
I had also looked into the Delaware Park Casino at the time, which is so lovely-and the prices were in that range, but I couldn%26#39;t get the dates together, there is also the Casino at Beaver Island that was just built-I am not sure who is catering there, but you may try there.

Did you try the Holiday Inn - Amherst. They have nice banquet facilities and the food is pretty good too
