As whiz said,during the week you will see a lot of people coming from work in suits. On the weekends you will see fewer business people, but there will still be a lot of dressed up people (which means probably at least sports coats for men) as a lot of couples from the NY metro area go out to eat, and since it%26#39;susually a special occasion for them, they aren%26#39;t very casual. In my experience, the people most likely to be casually dressed at the steakhouses are groups of out-of-town men unaccompanied by women.
