Most important things first - here%26#39;s a food report!
Seafood - if you enjoy seafood, here are two recommendations; Blue Ribbon in Soho was wonderful (and open until 4am every day!). The oysters were the best I have ever tasted, and really top-notch service. Highly recommended for a last-night celebration. The Mermaid Inn in East Village (2nd Ave and 6th, I think) was also very good - slightly cheaper, and with a beautiful garden in the back. We waited about an hour on a saturday for a table (we hadn%26#39;t reserved) and the lovely hostess came and fetched us from the bar next door when the table was ready!
